Delve is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with experience testing connected products, embedded software and web and mobile devices. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to define test strategies, execute test plans, identify issues, and help drive continuous improvement.

This is a temporary W2 position.

*Responsibilities *

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) to ensure product quality. * Identify, document, track, and retest defects/bugs; collaborate with other disciplines to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, REST Assured) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. * Perform regression testing, integration testing, API testing, and where applicable, performance and load testing. * Monitor quality metrics (defect rate, coverage, open defect count, test execution results), produce reports, and work to continuously improve QA processes. * Participate in code/design reviews from a testability/quality perspective.

*Requirements *

* Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. * 4+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance/testing. * Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, version control (Git), and test management/bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr). * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and QA methodologies.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19107
