Team Join the Gaffney Cline Energy Advisors (GCea) Geoscience Team. Our GCea energy advisors deliver subsurface intelligence, technical ingenuity, and experience to develop strategies that improve performance, production, and profits across the life of your asset.

Take your career to the next level in the Geoscience team. Your learning begins day 1 and continues throughout your career. You will work in a multi‑cultural global team of Geologists, Reservoir Engineers, Well Integrity Geoscientists, Geomechanical Engineers, and Petrophysicists. Our early‑career program provides growth and leadership opportunities in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Providing customers with best‑in‑class solutions through geological, geomechanical, petrophysical and reservoir engineering data analysis and interpretation using state‑of‑the‑art techniques.

Conceptualizing activities related to geology, geography, geophysics, and geomorphology concerning the structure of the earth.

Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands‑on work.

Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Qualifications

Have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences or similar.

Graduated within the last 36 months.

GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.

Fluent in English (oral and written) with effective communication skills.

Legally able to work in the country applying without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork.

Salary The annual pay scale for this position is between $71,866 – $102,000.

Benefits Candidates will be eligible to participate in company‑sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and a 401(k) plan. Additional compensation such as bonuses may apply based on applicable benefit plans and policies.
