The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles. This role requires a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. General Motor dealer experience is a plus. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models. Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair quotes to customers. Repair or replace engines/transmission, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Align vehicles and perform suspension repairs as needed. Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations. Experience
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in an automotive service environment. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting methods. Experience in welding is a plus but not required. Knowledge of diesel engine repair is but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required.
