Job Description
We are seeking an Alarm Installer/Service Technician experienced only to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various alarm systems and camera systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our clients. Must have experience with Napco, DSC & Honeywell systems. Duties
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain alarm systems, including CCTV. Conduct regular inspections and testing of alarm systems to ensure functionality. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to design and build customized security solutions. Perform cabling and electrical work as required for system installations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in alarm technology. Experience
Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the security industry. Familiarity with computer networking principles and practices. Experience with cabling techniques for various alarm systems. Knowledge of electrical systems related to alarm installations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to telecommunicate effectively with clients and team members. Company Description
