We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator to lead and manage the estimating and planning processes of projects. This role is critical in ensuring the development of accurate budgets, detailed schedules, and clear scope alignment. Projects include: Commercial, Healthcare, K-12, Senior Living, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of Estimating for assigned projects, from conceptual design through contract award.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
Lead value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize project costs and performance.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and align expectations.
Prepare and present detailed estimates, cost models, and plans to stakeholders.
Facilitate subcontractor prequalification, bid solicitation, and scope reviews.
Ensure compliance with permitting requirements, working closely with regulatory agencies and design teams to expedite approvals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating roles.
Strong understanding of construction costs, market conditions, and project delivery methods.
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
