is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of
Junior Tennis Coach
for our afterschool programs and camps. In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor young athletes aged 5‑14 in a fun and supportive environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Follow our curriculum and lesson plans
Lead practices and drills
Instill a love for tennis in your students
Help children build foundational tennis skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
This is a part‑time position, ideal for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for youth sports and education. You will have the flexibility to work afternoons during the school year and throughout the summer during our camp programs.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old
Enthusiasm for teaching and coaching children
Prior experience in tennis is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work after school hours, typically between 1:30 PM and 5 PM
Reliable transportation needed for travel to various coaching locations
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kids and parents
Passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Benefits
Weekly pay (part‑time)
More hours available during school breaks and summer
Weekend classes coming soon (optional)

Leadership role with growth opportunities – grow into Head Tennis Coach or even General Manager
Pay per class is $40‑50 depending on experience (can increase with TGA experience)
