Arcadis . Role description: We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment for our Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with experience in large‑scale multi‑family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation, and coordination. Role accountabilities: Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects Prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments Work with municipalities on necessary permits Client interface and coordination Project management of site development or redevelopment Water management analysis experience with M‑D DERM, Broward County EPD, and SFWMD Qualifications & Experience: Florida‑licensed (PE) or PE‑candidate Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in land and site development Experience in the Civil/Land Development sector – single site and municipal type projects and the development of construction documents for public sector clients (cities, counties, water districts, etc.) Proficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation asset Ability to work well with team members and develop and mentor staff Good communication and client relationship skills Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging: We want you to be able to bring your best self to work every day, which is why we take equality and inclusion seriously and hold ourselves to account for our actions. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range for this position is $80,000 – $132,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program, and optional wellbeing benefits. The role offers nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year.
