Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the luxury home sector, specifically with projects valued at 20 to 50 million dollars. Our ideal candidate is a professional, customer service‑oriented individual with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage high‑value construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project’s goals, timeline, budget, and resources required.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project’s design and specifications meet the client’s needs and expectations.
Lead and inspire a team of project managers and other staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project delays or cost overruns.
Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Continually evaluate project performance, implementing improvements where necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior project management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing luxury home projects valued at 20 to 50 million dollars.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
A professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
