Job Summary

Lohmann Therapy Systems North America is seeking a

Quality Assurance Inspector

to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure compliance with our standards and customer requirements.

Location & Shift

The full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN.

3rd shift: 8:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Thursday (Four 10-hour shifts)

What You Will Do

Conduct inspections to verify product conformance to specifications.

Operate various test and measurement equipment such as calipers, rulers, Instron and Nikon.

Perform in-process and final inspections on pharmaceutical and medical device products.

Review and release production lines.

Monitor environmental systems for compliance.

Collect and review finished product retain samples.

Review controlled records throughout the production process.

Perform specialty measurements to support cross-functional departments.

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, metric conversion).

Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and specifications.

Experience with basic measuring and testing equipment.

Good discrimination.

Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft software.

Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 45 pounds.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's or Technical degree in Quality Control.

2+ years of experience in quality inspection in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment.

Experience working in an ISO and cGMP environment.
