Position Information Location: Concord, MA
Facility: CareOne Concord
Compensation: $55 – $65 per day, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care using accepted practice methods, meeting all standards.
Evaluate resident needs and establish effective and efficient treatment plans.
Manage and coordinate supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines.
Participate in screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices.
Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
Participate in all center‑directed processes and services.
Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet requirements.
Maintain accurate billing records to meet requirements.
Participate in in‑service training programs as requested.
May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
Position Requirements
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current and active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts.
Preference for experience in older adult rehabilitation.
Preference for knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines.
