Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Capital Partners Product Analyst in our Data Governance, Performance and Reporting team. The team is responsible for all data initiatives for the line of business, maintaining and evolving a state-of-the-art data environment. In this role you will collaborate with various teams across the Capital Partners line of business and with senior leaders. You will work with Change Management and Systems colleagues to support our data strategy across the business. You will develop your skill set in quantitative analysis and risk management, and gain in-depth knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and trading processes. Responsibilities
Conduct deep dive analysis to support CP data strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders from the Multi-Family Office, Institutional Client Group, Ops & Admin on new data initiatives. Develop and streamline working procedures to enhance both new and existing processes. Assist in formulating solutions to meet BBH requirements and support client needs. Develop reporting and recommendations with value-add, concise conclusions for various stakeholders. Help assure CP data integrity and improve the dynamic mix of referential data across the business. Continuously assess internal processes to identify and achieve operational efficiencies. Participate in large-scale projects and new product initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience. First-class organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to improving data accuracy and preventing errors. Ability to clearly articulate insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong technical writing and briefing skills; strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, work independently and in a team environment. Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus. About this posting
