Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Work with the development team to translate business needs into functional specifications and API integration requirements.

Understand systems and communicate effectively with technical teams on feasibility, dependencies, and impacts.

Create and maintain user stories, process flows, use cases, and interface specifications.

Support the design and validation of RESTful API integrations between internal and external systems.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect triage, ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and sprint planning meetings with cross‑functional teams.

Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on APIs, integration points, and business logic.

Ensure alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or integration projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Good understanding of Java‑based applications and API fundamentals (REST, JSON, Swagger).

Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with data mapping, system interfaces, and end‑to‑end integration workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have

Background in software development or exposure to Java codebase review.

Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).

Understanding of microservices, CI/CD, or cloud‑based systems (AWS/Azure).

Domain knowledge in Telecom, Billing systems.
