Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Paramus, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including expediting processes, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring efficient project execution. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an Architecture Project Manager in retail/restaurant Architecture.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and accessibility, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes.
Permit expediting skills to streamline workflows and ensure milestones are met effectively.
Proficiency in conducting inspections/site surveys and overseeing quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong 3D design skills required, and basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must possess strong time management skills and can handle the pressure of tight deadlines.
