In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage both procurement and inventory functions — everything from RFPs and vendor negotiations to assessing and implementing an improved inventory management process. You’ll collaborate across departments, streamline purchasing systems, and help build a smarter, more efficient operation.

What You’ll Do

Oversee

indirect purchasing

for all non-player items, including office equipment, promotional materials, and service contracts.

Lead

RFP processes

— developing specifications, evaluating bids, and negotiating with vendors to achieve the best value.

Assess current inventory practices and design a

streamlined inventory management process

for promotional and operational materials.

Manage supplier relationships with an emphasis on

supplier diversity , quality, and long-term value.

Evaluate existing service contracts and identify opportunities for

cost savings and performance improvements .

Partner with departments across the organization to understand needs, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Track and report on procurement metrics, spend analytics, and supplier performance.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (indirect purchasing experience preferred).

Proven success in

negotiating contracts

and managing vendor relationships.

Experience building or improving

inventory management systems .

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Budget Responsibility:

$5–9M annual spend (excluding equipment)

Work Schedule:

Onsite, full-time (no hybrid/remote option)

Compensation:

$140,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Base pay range $120,000 – $140,000 per year
