Service Marketing Specialist
The Service Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in increasing Customer Pay Repair Orders and Parts / Accessory sales for AHM. This role involves assisting in driving customers to dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs through direct mail, email, and digital channels as part of AHM's Service Prospecting (SPS) Programs. The Marketing Specialist will help manage the SPS marketing suite, including Seasonals, OnDemands, Metro Mailers, and Service Prognostics, to enable dealers to communicate with Lapsed and Inactive customer segments, encouraging them to service their vehicles for both Honda and Acura brands.
Key Accountabilities
Support the management of the SPS marketing suite (Seasonals, OnDemands, Metro Mailers, and Service Prognostics)
Lead and support the execution of direct mail, email and digital marketing campaigns. Help analyze the campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for engaging Lapsed and Inactive customers
Coordinate with the field and dealerships to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts across the country
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practice
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience
Three to Five plus years in a combination of automotive sales, parts, service, research, and marketing experience
Strong project planning, organizing, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills (required)
Process management skills such as, System Trees, PDCA, Cap-Do, 5-P, and SWOT
Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Decisions Expected
Make key decisions on program logic, enhancements, creative treatments, reporting, enrollment strategies, and publications, as well as oversee day-to-day activities essential for program execution
Prioritize backlog and keep all enhancements and projects on track
Day-to-day campaign decisions, weighing the options between cost and value to AHM, dealers, and customer
