Human Resources Business Partner – Dallas, TX Join Sonic Healthcare USA’s ProPath Laboratory in Dallas, TX as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role you will develop and deliver HR strategies that support clinical excellence and business objectives for a leading pathology practice.

Responsibilities

Recruit and source qualified talent through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media and career fairs.

Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interview panels and facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits communication.

Manage pre‑employment screening: reference checks, background checks and drug tests.

Assist in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and compliance with federal, state and local employment law.

Support employee relations: counseling, outplacement, exit interviewing and conflict resolution.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation and ongoing training initiatives.

Collaborate with business leaders to create, update and maintain job descriptions and departmental goals.

Monitor employment performance evaluation programs and recommend enhancements.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision‑making.

Stay current on industry recruiting trends and propose creative hiring strategies.

Ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all HR functions.

Perform any other related HR duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment and Compensation/Benefits; healthcare experience is a plus.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification preferred.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with Workday or other HRIS platforms.

Strong communication skills, self‑management, and the ability to handle competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills with a customer‑service orientation.

Willingness to travel occasionally within the division territory and for central HR meetings.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year. Full‑time position with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
