Job Details The Litigation Attorney will handle a variety of litigation and transactional matters while partnering with secured creditors, banks, investors, and foreclosure trustees.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in contested foreclosure, title disputes, collections, and bankruptcy matters
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
Appear in court and argue motions
Provide strategic legal advice backed by research and analysis
Manage your own caseload with autonomy and support
Collaborate in a team that believes in mentorship, knowledge sharing, and professional growth
Qualifications
Admitted to practice in California (other states a plus!)
5–7 years of legal experience, ideally in creditor’s rights or foreclosure litigation
Skilled in pleadings, appearances, and case‑law research
Confident handling complex matters independently
Strong communicator and proactive problem‑solver
Positive leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting
