$190,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work closely with a nationally recognized coverage partner on complex and high‑profile insurance matters. The position is available at the non‑equity partner or of counsel level and offers client‑facing work on major coverage cases.

Position Highlights: A portable book of business is required. The firm is seeking an attorney with deep experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation who is ready to take on key responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex first‑party and third‑party insurance coverage matters

Draft and argue motions, coverage opinions, and pleadings

Manage discovery and deposition strategy

Engage directly with insurer clients on high‑stakes regional and national matters

Support trial preparation and appellate work when necessary

Qualifications

Significant experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation (required)

Arizona Bar license strongly preferred

Must reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate (AZ Bar admission can be obtained after hire)

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a regional coverage team
