Senior Designer - (Men's Woven's)

This role will amplify the brand's impact by creating compelling design concepts for men's woven collections, ensuring swift creation of finished products at appropriate price points while collaborating closely with technical design, production, and external vendors. The Senior Designer will execute the seasonal design development process, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a vibrant, customer- and people-centric culture.
Specific Responsibilities The Senior Designer for IZOD executes the seasonal design development process, from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Research and identify woven trend directions; perform competitive analysis; and create inspiring mood boards and concepts incorporating color and materials.
Exhibit strong color sense, identifying trends from high and low markets and ensuring brand relevance.
Develop initial seasonal design categories in the context of overall assortment and cost structure; devise style plans and designs responsive to sales needs and emerging trends.
Source and review fabrics, cultivating relationships with suppliers and mills; oversee stitch technique and texture development.
Oversee fittings for all woven pieces.
Approve lab dips with the team, ensuring consistency with color standards; review prints and graphics and advise revisions.
Create and maintain accurate technical packs.
Leadership & Teams
Contribute positively to team dynamics fostering innovation and collaboration.
Attract, develop, and retain talent, inspiring and mentoring young designers.
Build meaningful relationships with cross‑functional partners in Sales and Sourcing to achieve desired results.
Receive and incorporate feedback from manager and leadership.
Drive change where necessary and evolve processes as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
