Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Support users by providing solutions to automate their business processes; maintains and improves upon existing automated processes
Develop custom reporting and analysis for Accounting, Operations, Finance, or Capital Markets teams
Manage reporting suite using Logi Symphony; manage existing monthly Excel reporting package
Leverage operational, CRM, and/or ERP data to provide timely analysis to managerial or executive audiences
Develop and maintain custom databases and applications for the purpose of formalizing user operational data
Develop an understanding of business reporting logic; troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance reporting and/or applications to fit said logic
Provide technical guidance to team of analysts on Information Systems Department best practices in reporting, data visualization, and data engineering
Lead/manage data engineering of all technical projects
Requirements
Understanding of homebuilding operational and administrative processes
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, attention to detail
Technical Competencies
Fluency in SQL and data administration within Microsoft Management Studio
Advanced experience using a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI); experience using Logi Symphony or Dundas BI preferred but not required
Exceptional skill in Excel functionality including formula writing and ODBC SQL queries
Fluency in VB
Fluency in JavaScript, R, or Python preferred but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
