Job Title
Senior Systems Analyst
Job Summary CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves developing and managing workflow processes, consulting with stakeholders, and leading technical teams to deliver government IT solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and document workflow process to identify, archive, and delete materials according to destruction policy and NARA instruction/policy.
Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys regarding system requirements and technical approaches.
Determine system and project requirements, design systems to meet those requirements.
Perform whole range of technical support on smaller projects, including program validations and testing.
Perform system evaluations, produce formal reports and oral presentations.
Consult with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reporting.
Report on contract and task order progress.
Direct and supervise personnel on task orders, ensuring compliance with work standards and functional requirements.
Perform and supervise technical aspects of tasks, implement configuration management plan.
Organize and conduct user training sessions on systems developed; prepare training material and manuals.
Qualifications
Significant Relativity experience, including creating ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in systems support.
Broad knowledge of Government IT environments (office automation networks, PC and server databases).
Experience in litigation support is extremely helpful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory experience and ability to lead a technical team.
Demonstrated ability to analyze attorneys' needs and design system solutions.
Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification – strongly preferred.
