Senior Business Analyst - Artificial Intelligence
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Artificial Intelligence Business Analyst with deep technical AI expertise and a strong grasp of the insurance business. This role combines traditional business analysis skills with AI tools to interpret data and drive strategic business decisions.
Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr – $165,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Translate complex business informational needs into configurable AI queries and outputs, ensuring insights are actionable and strategically aligned.
Lead the end‑to‑end design and deployment of AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to architect scalable models and deliver measurable impact through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
Translate business processes into data workflows for AI.
Use AI tools to automate data analysis and reporting.
Design and implement AI‑driven solutions that extract and analyze relevant information from public sources (e.g., 10‑K filings, court dockets, news articles, regulatory disclosures) and private data (e.g., internal submissions, client records, underwriting files) to support risk assessment and decision‑making.
Research and assess existing tools capable of querying state and federal court dockets.
Develop AI‑driven solutions to identify relevant individuals, organizations, or insured parties named in legal filings.
Configure queries to return only pertinent state and federal court cases involving those identified parties.
Perform on‑demand scans across the Web for targeted companies regarding in‑progress court dockets.
Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable advice for non‑technical audiences, ensuring business value of AI initiatives is realized.
Work with other business units and cooperate to facilitate strategic workshops and in‑depth technical sessions.
Identify and recommend appropriate tools and platforms to effectively support and achieve business objectives.
Recommend and implement strong AI quality controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certificates in business systems analysis training.
Certificates of advanced AI training.
Certificates in P&C Insurance training.
Strong skills in MS Office products.
Strong understanding of SQL queries.
Strong AI quality controls.
Tableau – data visualization and reporting.
ChatGPT – analyzing data sets and generating insights.
CoPilot – analyzing data sets and generating insights.
Microsoft Power BI – business intelligence and analytics.
Power Apps and Power Automate – automate apps and workflow.
Python – notebooks.
Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
