Position Summary The Construction Field Manager oversees day‑to‑day on‑site operations, including scheduling subcontractors for all trades and ensuring execution of subcontractor agreements. The role requires efficient, flexible, calm‑under‑pressure leadership with strong written and verbal communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing the project schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Job Responsibilities
Project safety
Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Update and manage construction schedules through project closeout
Coordinate onsite activities – sub‑contractors, vendors, and client work
Coordinate weekly sub‑contractor and owner meetings
Identify and resolve construction obstacles that may affect schedule or costs
Maintain site security and cleanliness
Document construction activities and occurrences
Deliver a high‑quality final product
Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Organize, plan, and adhere to aggressive construction schedules
Efficient, flexible, and calm in changing environments
Sub‑contractor, vendor, and client coordination
Follow commitments through to resolution
Identify potential obstacles that may affect schedule or costs
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications (Architectural/Civil/MEP)
Familiarity with construction contracts
Preferred
5 years of construction experience in the field
Experience with light commercial or high‑end residential projects
OSHA 10‑Hour or 30‑Hour certification
First Aid & CPR training
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
