Who will thrive?
A generalist tax professional with 4+ years of experience in a small or mid‑sized firm (not Big 4/large firm)
CPA preferred, or actively pursuing
Experience with HNW individuals, local businesses, payroll, and QuickBooks
Comfortable handling clients from start to finish and reviewing returns with confidence
Someone who thrives in a small firm where relationships matter as much as technical skills
The job? You’ll step into a senior role where you’re not just preparing and reviewing tax returns, you’re managing full client relationships end‑to‑end. This is a full‑service practice: business accounting, taxes, payroll, and more. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, mentor junior staff, and deliver directly to clients. Most importantly, you’ll be laying the foundation for Partnership.
Health insurance, 401k match, profit share, flex time (start early/leave early if you prefer). Hybrid is possible after a year, but this is primarily an in‑office role, 5 days a week.
