Organization: Tulsa Public Schools Position Summary
Manage funding transactions, balances, reconciliations, risks, and inter‑departmental collaborations specific to technology interests, including bond projects and Universal Service Fund and Libraries (E‑Rate). Advise Executive Director of Information Technology regarding financial matters related to technology bond projects. Keep project owners, stakeholders, team members and external departments informed about project financial status through reports, budget analysis, cost forecasts, and risk assessments. Continuously review budgeting processes and tools and implement changes as appropriate. Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or equivalent Information Technology experience preferred. Experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Seven years’ experience working with budgets and funding specific to Information Technology. Other
