F-15 Mission Systems Software Engineer (Associate, Experienced, Senior) at Boeing. Located in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business, developing software for the F-15 Mission System and the Operational Flight Program (OFP) for USAF and international customers. You will join one of the multi-discipline Agile Scrum teams that develop, integrate, and maintain a wide range of aircraft functionalities, including the Advanced Display Core Processor II (ADCP II). At Boeing, our software engineers dream up next generation capabilities for aerospace platforms and have opportunities to grow into technical leadership or management roles. You will develop real-time embedded software for sophisticated military platforms and participate in projects across various Boeing programs. Position Responsibilities

Develops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system Develops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met Executes and documents software research and development projects Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations Troubleshoots software issues Works under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience)

2+ years of experience with professional software development 2+ years of experience in C/C++, Ada, and/or a similar object-oriented programming language 2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree Agile/SAFe development experience Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab (CI/CD), Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory Desirable programming languages include Ada, C, C++, Python Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds and skill levels Experience developing embedded real-time software Experience working with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS) Other Information
