Key Responsibilities
Execution of M&A transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence Preparation of marketing materials such as pitch books and management presentations Involvement in client meetings, strategic discussions, and deal negotiations Mentorship and guidance of analysts within the team Contribution to origination efforts and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements
1–5 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in M&A or Healthcare coverage) Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills Experience from an elite boutique, bulge bracket, or top middle-market firm is preferred Why Join This Team
