Reconciling credit card and bank statements Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries Upload and Process invoices and payments in AppFolio Making payments promptly Preparing sales and use tax returns Providing support for audits Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues Preparing expense reports Reviewing Statements Reviewing accounts and invoices with clients and vendors Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Bill pay Strong understanding of accounting principles problem‑solving and research skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
