Job Description The Thermal Solution Product Specialist is a crucial member of the team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely communication of thermal product information for cooling fans and liquid cooling products. This role involves assembling the most updated and relevant data on a wide range of products and applications, using expertise in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics. The specialist will collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as the sales team in the US and the design team in Asia to ensure the information is always available for competitive analysis and to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and compile critical information on thermal management systems for various products and applications.

Conduct competitive analysis to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement while working with the product design team.

Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the essential and relevant information is consistently available.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in thermal engineering.

Partner directly with the Thermal Management Business Unit, Finance, Sales, and Sales Operations to support pricing initiatives.

Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Collect voice of customers and product business cases and share with global product teams.

Help develop technical roadmap material on total thermal solutions (air‑cooling and liquid cooling).

Assist related parties in managing the schedule for marketing material and related data delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of technical, product service, strategic planning, sales, marketing, or directly related experience.

Strong business acumen and ability to act as a leader for the products covered.

Ability to quickly develop cross‑functional relationships to achieve business objectives.

Technical expertise to translate stakeholder needs/pain points into solutions.

Able to combine long‑term and short‑term goals by setting priorities.

Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry‑level to executive.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering.

Experience with Thermal Management/HVAC products and solutions.

Experience in the data center industry.

Experience in mobile devices, hardware/software/embedded software and Android software development.

Experience in power, thermal, or performance engineering.

Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.

Experience developing new processes.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity toward detailed solutions.

Ability to partner with technical engineering teams and learn new technologies.

Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders.
