Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Purchasing & Procurement:
Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and shipping supplies.
Ensure all purchase orders meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality.
Production Planning:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure material availability and a smooth manufacturing process.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and prevent shortages or overstock.
Use forecasting data to anticipate future needs and adjust plans accordingly.
Customer Service:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, addressing and resolving complex issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and product quality.
Maintain detailed records of all escalated issues and resolutions to identify trends and prevent future occurrences.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and reliable service.
Shipping & Logistics:
Oversee all inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations, including hazardous materials handling.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure on‑time delivery of finished goods.
Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and transit times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in purchasing, production planning, logistics, and customer service.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful supplier management.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is highly desirable (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Must meet ITAR requirements.
