Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate contracts using AIA, ConsensusDocs, and custom contracts covering warranties, payment structures, liability caps, and ADR provisions.
Take depositions, argue motions, and lead trials or arbitrations.
Manage multiple construction litigation matters simultaneously.
Develop and maintain a client base or bring a solid book of clients.

Qualifications
Admitted to the Michigan bar.
Strong experience in construction litigation and contract negotiation.
Proven deposition and trial/arbitration skills.
Ability to juggle multiple matters without dropping one.
