The Adult ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) role provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and, as needed, Intermediate Care Units (IMCs) across the organization. You’ll work as part of the ICU/IMC Float Pool to deliver exceptional care during patients\' most critical moments, with supportive leadership and opportunities for professional growth. Education: Associate degree in Nursing required. If an associate degree is held, enrollment in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and degree completion within 5 years is required. Licensure: Active Maryland or Compact RN license required. Certifications: BLS CPR certification required. Experience: RN experience required. Other Information
Authorization to Work: Applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
