Registered Nurses (RNs)
for
Nurse Educator

As a Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in guiding and developing nursing staff, promoting evidence-based care, and fostering professional growth throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead staff education, training, and competency programs
Provide clinical instruction, mentorship, and support for nursing teams
Coordinate orientation and ongoing education for new and existing staff
Collaborate with leadership to assess educational needs and improve clinical outcomes
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and accreditation standards
Promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Active New York State RN License
— Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing
— Preferred
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification — Required
Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
— Required
Prior educator, preceptor, or clinical instructor experience — Preferred
