Overview Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics & Aquatics

Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation – Frederick, Maryland

Schedule: Part-Time | Late Afternoons & Evenings (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Compensation: $55.00/hour

Our team of dedicated clinicians is passionate about providing innovative, life-changing care, and we’re excited to welcome a new Part‑Time Physical Therapist to our aquatics program.

About the Role We are seeking a Part‑Time Physical Therapist to join our team, primarily treating patients in our aquatic therapy program, with occasional orthopedic caseloads. This role is ideal for a clinician with prior aquatics experience. We are also open to new graduate PTs who have completed an aquatics rotation and are eager to grow in this specialty.

Schedule

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

2–3 days per week (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
