Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout matters in the following areas: real estate and other asset‑based finance transactions, specialty finance transactions, and equipment leasing, including syndicated, participated, and program structures. Responsibilities
Review and draft financial documents. Draft pleadings and appear in court. Review and manage financial due diligence. Qualifications

Ability to apply critical thinking and possess a high attention to detail. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic. Ability and confidence to work both independently and in a collaborative, team environment. Commitment to achieving the goals of firm clients. Education and Experience
Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar licence in good standing or ability to be admitted within one year of hire. Experience in bankruptcy or restructuring matters in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred. Candidates with an excellent academic record given preference. Position Information
