We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in driving global marketing campaigns. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping product marketing strategy, influencing key stakeholders, and bringing innovative offerings to market. You’ll be instrumental in educating users, fostering engagement, and accelerating product adoption through creative and scalable initiatives, directly contributing to the success and reach of groundbreaking features and services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Act as a subject matter expert on offerings and features, providing input into the development process, conducting market analysis, and predicting industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans for regional or functional teams, reviewing portfolio characteristics, prioritizing marketing goals, and defining positioning plans to identify and engage target audiences.

Pioneer the framework and rollout of strategies for product marketing content across various channels, defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics.

Conduct thorough market analysis to validate market size and opportunity (e.g., active users, revenue, market size, sales in units, growth, profit), identifying market landscape opportunities and collaborating with teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions.

Understand the offerings and target audience, develop compelling positioning, and execute go-to-market plans and messaging for new offerings and features.

Champion the user voice by developing insights that help cross-functional teams and partners incorporate user feedback into product development and marketing strategies, advocating for improved user experience and engagement.

Craft compelling product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies using voice and user insights, adapting communications for different narratives and brand frameworks.

Develop and refine marketing content independently to ensure alignment with product strategy, iterating content and design with cross-functional teams based on standards, and collaborating with production teams to publish final marketing content.

Initiate and manage user research efforts independently, scoping, managing, and guiding research by leveraging internal and external partners.

Orchestrate and execute impactful medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs), driving evaluation and analysis of campaign performance for optimization across integrated channels.

Qualifications: Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Proficiency in product marketing and marketing campaign execution.

Demonstrated expertise in product positioning.

Strong skills in data analysis and synthesis.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Experience with situational leadership.

Proven campaign management capabilities.

Ability to create effective marketing briefs.

Experience in client/partner management and advising.

Proficiency in brand management.

Solid industry knowledge relevant to the tech sector.

Excellent storytelling abilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of go-to-market activities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in product marketing or campaign execution within a technology company.

Proficiency in writing campaign briefs, developing product use cases, and executing marketing campaigns.

Preference for work experience in the Technology industry.
