Overview We’re looking for a creative
Content & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
who loves turning ideas into engaging campaigns across email and social. You’ll bring customer journeys to life through thoughtful storytelling, eye‑catching design, and consistent brand voice—helping us build stronger relationships with small‑business owners across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
Conceptualize and write
email and social content
that feels personal, helpful, and on‑brand.
Build and manage
automated journeys
(welcome, nurture, win‑back, referral, etc.) in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Create
visual assets and templates
for campaigns using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Plan and schedule
social posts
that align with key campaigns and seasonal moments.
Collaborate with design, sales, and dev teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Run light testing and optimization to keep content fresh and engaging.
Track basic performance metrics and share
creative insights
to inspire future campaigns.
Stay up‑to‑date on trends in
storytelling, design, and small‑business marketing .
What You Bring
1‑3 years of experience in
email, social, or lifecycle marketing .
Strong
copywriting and storytelling
skills—you know how to make content sound human and authentic.
Comfort with
design tools
like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
Experience with at least one
marketing automation tool
(Pardot, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
A creative eye and an understanding of how words and visuals work together.
Organized and proactive—you enjoy managing multiple campaigns and seeing them through from concept to launch.
(Bonus) Experience with SMS or retargeting campaigns.
(Bonus) Basic
HTML
or template editing skills.
