We’re seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to support a broad range of marketing initiatives for
Avance Clinical , a global Contract Research Organization (CRO). Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, the role assists in coordinating and delivering marketing programs—including events, conferences, digital campaigns, content development, and brand initiatives—across North America, Asia Pacific, the UK, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events/conferences across global markets.
Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing projects and activities.
Coordinate with the global marketing and US Business Development teams on general marketing support activities.
Help prepare regular marketing reports and maintain asset spreadsheets and activity summaries.
Support internal communication, awards applications, design, brand, and copywriting for the marketing team where necessary.
Support campaigns, email blasts and other lead generation activities.
Assist global scientific and regulatory experts with booth/conference administration for event bookings.
Events and Conference Support
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, industry events, and conferences, including registrations, promotional materials, and booth coordination (electrical, signage, design).
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for booth bookings, shipping, branding, and logistics.
Support post‑event follow‑up, documentation, and reporting.
Support marketing activities for events, awards and sponsorships.
Content and Digital Marketing
Assist in developing and updating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Support content creation for social media, website, and email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
Support digital marketing and lead generation teams to align campaigns and messaging.
Conduct basic research and draft content to support marketing and thought‑leadership initiatives.
Brand and Asset Coordination
Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, and promotional material inventories.
Track marketing collateral versions and coordinate printing and distribution when required.
Coordinate design and printing of various marketing collateral such as business cards, pull‑up banners, booth materials, and flyers for global teams.
Agency and Team Collaboration
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on marketing, PR, and creative projects.
Support communication flow between internal teams, departments, and agency partners.
Assist in tracking agency deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or event coordination role (life sciences experience a plus but not required).
Strong organization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Basic understanding of CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience coordinating with marketing or PR agencies and event vendors.
Knowledge of the clinical research, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting.
Basic design or copywriting experience.
Attributes
