Marketing Manager – Perspectium
Perspectium is a ServiceNow‑native integration application and service that boosts productivity for ServiceNow users. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team and help drive demand generation for the Perspectium brand.
In this role you will develop and execute integrated demand‑generation strategies and campaigns to produce high‑quality leads and expand our customer base. Leveraging your expertise in the software industry, you will craft targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey, ultimately driving conversion and revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting potential customers of Perspectium’s software, including email, content, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and more.
Improve our lead‑to‑customer conversion rate by refining messaging, inbound/outbound programs, and creative assets.
Coordinate with other marketing team members to create compelling collateral tailored to various stages of the buyer journey.
Build out targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and move leads through the funnel.
Run webinars that align with our strategy to build pipeline.
Communicate and report on KPIs and campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to optimize website traffic, lead quality, lead velocity, and pipeline generation.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop a coordinated content strategy and campaign execution for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop sales outreach and nurture campaigns that achieve shared goals.
Build and manage relationships with third‑party vendors and agency partners, such as industry influencers and content syndication providers, to drive additional lead‑generation opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the database ecosystem.
Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead‑generation performance.
About You:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing and executing demand‑generation campaigns in B2B software/SaaS companies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret data and a passion for proving ROI.
Hands‑on experience across digital marketing disciplines, including email, PPC, SEO, online advertising, and website optimization.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented culture.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Proven track record of generating measurable lead‑generation and revenue growth.
