Account Manager - Business Manager Summary:

Performs day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping functions for clients. Core Responsibilities:

Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for assigned clients. Identifies and helps resolve engagement (job) technical issues, anomalies, and non-routine items. Maintains professional communication with clients and engagement team members. Essential Functions:

Manages client accounts payable invoices, including receiving, entering, approving, and investigating when necessary. Communicates with clients, vendors, and banking contacts verbally and in writing. Handles client mail and prepares schedules and reports as requested. Deposits receivables, manages payroll, books journal entries, and assists with tax return preparation. Generates 1099s and W-2s for clients. Nonessential Functions:

Performs other duties as assigned by accountants or partners. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience with Datafaction and QuickBooks Online preferred. Proficiency with calculators, computers, and office equipment. Knowledge of computerized and manual bookkeeping. Understanding of payroll processing, tax filings, and regulatory requirements. Working Conditions:

Heavy overtime during peak months; primarily in-office work; minimal hazards. Minimum Qualifications:

0-2 years in accounting or bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Prior experience in Business Management preferred. Possibly required to be a Notary Public. Success Factors:
