Commercial Lines Account Manager Small to Mid-Market Accounts | $75,000 – $90,000 Base + Full Benefits Hybrid or In-Office | EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 Experience Required Are you a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager ready to elevate your career with a respected and forward-thinking agency? Responsibilities

Manage a designated book of commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely service, renewals, and policy accuracy.

Coordinate marketing and quoting for new and renewal business using online rating tools and carrier portals.

Provide consultative support to clients—explaining coverage, assisting with claims, and navigating policy changes.

Collaborate with producers and underwriters to deliver tailored, cost-effective insurance solutions.

Maintain meticulous documentation to meet compliance standards and support audit readiness.

Respond promptly to service and billing inquiries, offering proactive and thoughtful resolutions.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency.

Active Property & Casualty license (required).

Strong proficiency with EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 (required).

Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are highly valued.

Excellent organizational, client service, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and carrier procedures.

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
