Overview Arm is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of IP and CSS Products to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Arm’s Compute Subsystem (CSS) and IP portfolio. This role shapes a complete SoC IP stack—spanning CPU, interconnect, power management, accelerators, and die‑to‑die technologies—while aligning CSS and SoC strategies to extend Arm’s leadership across markets and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a Complete SoC IP Stack Vision.
Deliver a comprehensive and integrated IP stack that improves silicon margins and system performance.
Advance power management, die‑to‑die IP, and accelerator integration across CSS and SoC platforms.
Strengthen Arm’s Compute Subsystem (CSS) offerings to accelerate customer success and differentiation.
Lead IP expansion through strategic investment and partnerships.
Identify and drive targeted investments, M&A, and partnerships to broaden Arm’s IP and technology portfolio.
Collaborate with Corporate Development to evaluate strategic opportunities that complement Arm’s interconnect and chiplet initiatives.
Shape next‑generation interconnect and coherency protocols, champion CHI as the primary chip‑to‑chip and die‑to‑die coherency protocol, and align industry efforts for ecosystem consistency.
Strengthen CPU and CMN product leadership, expand Arm’s leadership in CPU/C MN products, secure design wins with key customers, and partner with engineering teams to define roadmap priorities that reinforce Arm’s performance and efficiency leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
15+ years of experience in semiconductor, SoC, or IP product management and strategy.
Deep technical understanding of CPU architecture, interconnects, and chiplet ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional product or portfolio strategies.
Proven ability to identify and integrate strategic partnerships or acquisitions that enhance technology leadership.
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business domains.
Success Metrics
Growth in CSS design wins at key customers.
Expansion and adoption of Arm’s IP stack across markets.
Strengthened leadership in CHI‑based interconnect and coherent systems.
Alignment and harmony between Arm’s Lines of Business.

Salary Range $297,500 – $402,500 per year.
