Collaborate with school administrators and classroom staff to plan and deliver effective instruction in a small‑group setting. Administer pre‑ and post‑assessment and consistently track student progress and data. Maintain effective classroom management and provide a safe, positive learning environment. Qualifications
Reading and Math intervention experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Primary or secondary teaching certificate issued by Delaware Department of Education preferred; willing to consider experience in lieu of a certificate. Experience working with Title I or special‑education students a plus. Must be able to lift 30 pounds, stand frequently and raise arms above head; reliable transportation and hand dexterity for computer use. Employment Details
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 4–6 pm. Pay $24–$30 per hour, varies by experience and qualifications. Position for the 2025‑2026 school year in a school building requiring stair access. Learn It Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Applicants must be currently eligible to work in the United States.
