Daily Responsibilities

Designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end Intune solutions for modern device provisioning and lifecycle management Developing scalable configurations including Autopilot profiles, deployment strategies, and hybrid Azure AD integrations Managing applications (LOB, Win32, and Store), software updates, and device compliance policies Ensuring adherence to security and regulatory standards through configuration profiles and compliance monitoring Automating deployment and reporting tasks with PowerShell scripting to reduce manual effort Troubleshooting complex Intune-related issues and providing Tier 2/3 escalation support Creating documentation, knowledge base articles, and delivering training for IT support teams Qualifications

8+ years of experience in desktop management and endpoint infrastructure 3+ years designing and managing enterprise cloud environments using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RMS, and OMS Proven expertise with Intune infrastructure design, architecture, and troubleshooting Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory Group Policy, and automation/orchestration Deep understanding of Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, MAM (iOS/Android), and Azure AD integration Strong background in Windows security technologies (BitLocker, LAPS, MBAM, Credential Guard, Device Guard) Proficiency in hybrid cloud management and device co-management (Intune + SCCM) Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Nice-to-Haves

Strong working knowledge of SCCM administration and migrations Experience with JAMF or other cross-platform MDM solutions Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline preferred Reasons to Work Here
