Summary
This is an ONSITE position in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using C#, Angular, JavaScript, Python, and Swift.
Mentor and guide the team, providing technical expertise and leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Abide by all HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy laws.
Handle customer concerns in a helpful and objective manner.
Assist in maintaining an organized, clean area.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities Will supervise the software development team.

Oral communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and clarifies; responds well to questions.
Safety and security: Uses equipment and materials properly.
Attendance/punctuality: Consistently at work and on time.
Technical knowledge: Proficient in multiple coding frameworks and languages including Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript.

Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations related to patient information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript.
Previous experience in a leadership role.
Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information one‑on‑one to visitors, clients, and other employees.
Proficiency with MS Office productivity tools and coding frameworks.
High accuracy and extreme confidentiality.
Detail‑oriented and very organized.
Ability to alphabetize and order information chronologically.
Reasoning Ability Apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
Physical Demands Standing, sitting, bending and reaching; work at a computer monitor for prolonged periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
