Senior Project Architect / Technical Design Lead

for a dynamic architecture and design firm in Houston. This is a hybrid direct-hire role offering a collaborative environment and a chance to lead complex corporate interior and commercial projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven architectural professional with 10+ years of experience producing and reviewing construction documents, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and mentoring junior staff. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can wear multiple hats will fit right in. Responsibilities

Lead the development and coordination of construction documentation. Ensure drawings and designs comply with building codes and industry standards. Oversee construction administration activities and site visits. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals. Mentor and support junior design staff on technical and design matters. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (required). 10+ years

of experience in architecture, technical design, or project management. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and parametric modeling software . Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and permit processes. Excellent communication, organization, and client-coordination skills. Professional registration (Architect or Interior Designer) or in progress. Experience in

corporate interiors

and

commercial spaces
