Base pay range $62.00/hr - $69.00/hr
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Developer III in Dallas, TX. Summary: As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back‑end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code‑writing practices. Your technical skill‑set and teamwork capabilities will be a key contributor to successfully launching global‑scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Force.com platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed.
Responsibilities
Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world‑class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations
Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence
Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally
Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature‑sets
Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs
Salesforce development
Lightening experience
Integration experience
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large‑scale infrastructure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third‑party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce
