Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Associate – Energy & Infrastructure Investment Banking

We’re partnered with an independent investment banking advisory firm that’s growing rapidly and building out its Tampa office. The firm focuses on M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory across the power, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The leadership team has worked together for over a decade and brings deep relationships with top-tier sponsors, developers, and independent power producers.
This is a chance to join a lean, entrepreneurial platform where you’ll work directly with senior bankers on complex and transformative transactions across renewables, conventional power, and adjacent sectors such as water, midstream, and distributed generation.
The Role We’re hiring an Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Associate to support deal execution and client advisory activities. This role offers significant exposure to leadership, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models from scratch (M&A, debt, and equity financing)
Support live transactions and client presentations across M&A and capital markets advisory
Conduct industry research and valuation analyses across energy and infrastructure sectors
Prepare pitch materials, investor decks, and management presentations
Partner closely with senior team members and clients throughout deal processes
Requirements
1–4+ years of experience in investment banking
Experience with energy/infrastructure finance
Strong technical skills: able to independently build models and analyze complex capital structures
Experience with tax equity and debt financing
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
High academic achievement and strong standardized test scores
For Associate-level candidates: ability to provide a deal sheet summarizing transaction experience
Strong academic background: Top university + high college GPA + high SAT/ACT/Foreign equivalent
Compensation
Strong Base + Sign-on/Relocation Stipend + Annual Bonus
