We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to launch an accounting career in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. In this role, you will assist with a variety of accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliation, and supporting the month‑end close. You will work directly with the Controller and other team members to learn and grow in a collaborative and supportive setting. We partner with Financial Advisors, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms, and Broker‑Dealer (BD) firms to provide innovative technology solutions for the wealth management space. Our mission is to empower financial services firms, advisors and their clients with cutting‑edge technology and exceptional service. Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry and transaction processing. Help with month‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Support bank and general ledger account reconciliations. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions. Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions. Contribute to audit preparation by organizing supporting documentation. Help maintain internal control procedures and accounting documentation. Provide administrative and analytical support to the Controller and accounting team. Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. Qualifications, skills, and experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or in final year of completing degree). 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships, part‑time roles, or school projects count!). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software – a plus. Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges. This is a full-time, W2 role based in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be local to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Relocation is not an option. 100% onsite work is required.
