Act as the first point of contact for questions, issues, and process support—providing guidance to AR staff, resolving day‑to‑day matters, and ensuring accurate communication and resolution of issues before escalation.

Financial Reporting Support:

Prepare and analyze account variances and assist in the review of monthly cost centers’ revenues and expenses.

ERP Implementation:

Support the Controller and Assistant Controller during the company’s ERP implementation by testing, validating data, and coordinating with third‑party consultants to implement the billing and accounts receivable modules.

Project Support:

Act as a utility player supporting cross‑functional initiatives that enhance standardization, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy. Upcoming projects include the ERP implementation, transition to a new payroll and HRIS provider, standardization of accounting for pass‑through expenses and intercompany transactions, and improvement of store‑level daily reporting.

Process Improvement:

Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure adherence to US GAAP, internal accounting policies, and accounting best practices.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Partner with the Controller, Assistant Controller, and cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across the accounting function. Provide training and mentorship to staff as needed to support team development.
